Community Advisory Board
ANIEA believes that meaningful health innovation must include the voices of the communities it aims to serve. Our Community Advisory Board brings together individuals from diverse backgrounds to help guide ANIEA’s programs and outreach efforts.

We invite community members who are not healthcare professionals to share their lived experiences, insights, and perspectives. Community leaders, policymakers, parents, youth representatives, educators, and advocates all play an important role in helping ANIEA understand real-world needs and opportunities. The Community Advisory Board provides feedback and guidance on community initiatives, educational programming, and partnerships to ensure ANIEA’s work remains responsive, equitable, and grounded in community priorities.

The Alliance for Nursing Innovation, Education, and Advocacy (ANIEA) is dedicated to strengthening the nursing profession through three core goals: supporting nurses in transitioning to educator and faculty roles, building meaningful global partnerships, and advancing community outreach and initiatives that promote health equity. Through collaboration, innovation, and advocacy, ANIEA advances nursing education by nurturing leadership development, centering diverse voices in academic nursing, and designing sustainable programs that respond to workforce, educational, and community priorities locally and globally.

ANIEA's Vision
ANIEA envisions a dynamic, inclusive collective of nurse educators, scholars, and nursing leaders working together to reimagine the future of nursing through co-creation, mentorship, and systems change—one project at a time. We aim to enrich the profession by strengthening pathways into academic nursing, expanding global collaboration, and advancing community-centered initiatives that promote health equity, innovation, and sustainable impact for families, communities, and the global nursing workforce.
