At HybridHero, we’ve been supporting the people responsible for keeping workplaces running since 2017 — with roots going back to 2007, when we built our first access control systems.
Over that time, the role of workplace leadership has changed significantly. Facilities Managers, Office Managers, Workplace Experience leaders, Operations teams, People leaders, and the C suite are now jointly responsible for safety, continuity, employee experience, technology enablement, and operational resilience.
The pace of change over the last five years has been unprecedented — and 2026 is set to bring even more complexity across hybrid work, occupancy, safety, sustainability, and digital transformation.
With customers in over 40 countries and a platform available in 11 languages, we’re expanding our research beyond our own user base to include a broader group of professionals shaping modern workplaces.
2026 Global Workplace and People: Survey & Insights Report:
The goal of this research is to better understand the real challenges, priorities, and pressures faced by those responsible for workplace operations and people experience — and to reflect those insights in a new, data-led 2026 Global Workplace and People: Survey & Insights Report.
This short survey takes approximately 7–10 minutes and helps benchmark:
what is becoming harder
what has changed since last year
where teams are spending more time and effort
how safety, space, technology, and people operations intersect in practice
In return, participants will receive exclusive early access to the report, including:
