Lexie & Lee Team Member is a part-time position averaging 10-15 hours per week. Duties include but are not limited to the following:
- Customer service
- Operating the register
- Opening and closing procedures
- Processing inventory
- Creating displays
- Cleaning vintage product
- Cleaning the shop
- Product photography
- Social media coverage
- Other duties as assigned
The most important part of being on the Lexie & Lee team is possessing the ability to work in a team dynamic, excellent customer service skills, and a motivated work ethic.
Retail experience preferred, but not required. Experience with apps such as Canva, Planoly, and Shopify is a big plus!
- Pay rate begins at $12.00 per hour
- In-store discount for all employees
- We do our best to accommodate your schedule, but employee must be able to work 2-3 Saturdays/month

- Encouragement to pursue creative endeavors and learning objectives
