Co-Curricular  Survey- Winter 2019

For middle school students, co-curricular programming is a change from the recreation center model.  Our goal is to encourage participation in such programming as part of adolescent development.

Kennett Middle School would like to collect information regarding co-curricular programming for middle school students. There are tremendous opportunities for your student to pursue interests, develop skills, and build leadership and character attributes. The survey is intended to improve programming and gain parent/guardian perspective. The survey is not limited to athletics so please offer feedback on clubs/organizations that may not be listed under OTHER.

The students are surveyed at the end of each season and are reviewed by KMS administration and feedback is provided to coaches and programming may be adjusted.
