Employees of EW Private Limited are not eligible to participate. 4. Multiple entries are allowed. 5. The Draw will be conducted on 1 February 2013 at the headquarters of EW Private Limited. 6. All winners will be notified by e-mail and the results of the winners will be posted on www.wecinemas.com.sg. 7. The judges’ decision is final and no correspondence will be entertained. 8. Prizes are not exchangeable for cash or any other items. 9. All unclaimed prizes will be forfeited after 15 days from the notification date. 10. EW Private Limited will not be liable for any unsuccessful effort to notify a winner. 11. EW Private Limited reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions or substitute any of the prizes, without any prior notice. 12. Terms and Conditions of Star Card Membership:
The person to whom the Star Card (the “Card”) is issued (the “Cardholder”) may nominate his/her spouse to be the supplementary cardholder (the "Supplementary Cardholder") and Star Cruise (C) Limited (“Star Cruises”) may at its absolute discretion issue an additional Card to the Supplementary Cardholder. Should Star Cruises issue an additional Card, both the Cardholder and the Supplementary Cardholder shall be jointly and severally liable for the use of the Card and of the additional Card. The Supplementary Cardholder shall be subjected to and be bound by the same terms and conditions as the Cardholder. Termination or cancellation of the Card shall automatically terminate the additional Card. The cardholder shall be entitled to terminate the additional Card at anytime by notifying Star Cruises in writing. Star Cruises may at its absolute discretion terminate the use of the Card by any Cardholder at any time by cancelling the Card with or without prior notice and with or without cause. Upon such termination or cancellation, the Cardholder shall immediately return the Card and any additional Card to Star Cruises upon request. Star Cruises reserves the right to amend or supplement any or all of these terms and conditions from time to time at its absolute discretion. Star Cruises may notify the Cardholder of any such amendment or supplement in any manner as it may deem fit. The Cardholder agrees to be bound by such amendment or supplement unless the Card or any additional Card are returned to Star Cruises for cancellation before the date upon which any amendment or supplement is to have effect. To ensure that our members/customers are well informed of Star Cruises Group of Companies’ latest developments, activities, promotions and/or programs, please take notice that we shall consolidate all data/information obtained herein and previously obtained from any guest embarkation cards, application forms and/or enquiries of our members/ customers and utilize the same among the Star Cruises Group of Companies for administration, operation, sales and marketing and promotional purposes. Cardholder and/or Supplementary Cardholder are subject to the full terms and conditions of Star Card Membership which are available on the website http://www.starcruises.com/
Terms and Conditions of SC Travel Packages:
(i) The total cruise fares for the Travel Packages do not include passenger handling charge, fuel surcharge and any other incidental charges including any other travelling costs which are payable by the prize winner/passenger. (ii) If any of the Travel Packages are not available during the Promotional Period, SC may substitute with other Star Cruises’ travel packages of total cruise fares with similar worth (excluding passenger handling charge, fuel surcharge and any other incidental charges including any other traveling costs). (iii)The cabin redemption letter is only valid for redemption of the travel package stated therein within 3 months from the date of the letter. (iv) Prize winner/passenger must make advance booking reservation and cabin redemption is not applicable for cruise on block-out dates as specified by SC or the cruise operators from time to time. Booking is subject to cabin availability. (v) The cabin redemption letter is not redeemable or refundable for cash and is not transferable. To make booking reservation, prize winner/passenger must present the original cabin redemption letter as photocopy will not be accepted. (vi) The cabin redemption letter will only cover the fare for cabin accommodation and meals onboard for Two (2) persons as stated therein. (vii) Prize winner/passenger is required to pay passenger handling charge, fuel surcharge and any other incidental charges including any other traveling costs. (viii) Prize winner/passenger is subject to the terms and conditions in the Passage Contract of Star Cruises available on its’ website at http://www.starcruises.com/en/home/passage-terms.aspx. In the event of any dispute on the Travel Packages, the decision of SC shall be final.
