I am hosting a four-week yoga, mindfulness, and meditation program online, for kids ages 7+, and their families. 

I feel that during these challenging and uncertain times, we need to support our children's mental health wellness, and their families too. 

I know my family has been 'feeling' the stress, and finding ways to manage, cope, thrive, and stay balanced is not easy at all. 

Does the family that you are nominating have WIFI and access to a laptop or tablet to do the classes? 

Classes run from Tuesday Feb 2 - Tuesday Feb 23, 7:00pm - 7:30pm

Here's how it will go down: 

1. Please just enter their family name, or if you feel comfier just the Mom or Dad's, Aunt or Uncle, Grandma or Grandpa's first name will do. 

2. At random, I will draw a family name and then notify YOU!

3. Together, we can decide how we want to tell them ( via phone call, facetime, zoom, Facebook video, messenger pigeon, email, etc) 

4. I'll then take over, and give them all of the details so they can join for FREE!
