Dakota Chapter 2026 Officer Nominations

Nominate yourself or someone you know anonymously for any or all 2026-202 officer positions. If you have multiple nominations for one position, please separate the names with a comma. Please submit first & last name.

  • In-person nominations will be accepted until announced during the meeting
1.President (currently held by Renee Fladeland)
To organize and lead the chapter in a progressive direction, serve as a spokesperson of the chapter that can speak to the collective goals, passion, and efforts. Host structured meetings and maintain order in the best interest of the chapter, encourage and welcome new members and volunteers, and ensure that the chapter is effective and efficient in the delivery of our mission. Responsible for helping build meeting agendas.

2.Treasurer (currently held by Kevin Ritter)
Maintain strong financial records of the chapter while displaying financial integrity and careful attention to detail in transactions. Organize the financial aspect of any event as well as complete the necessary reporting to PF HQ that helps to maintain the 501(c)3 status of the organization. Maintain compliance on the chapter’s state gaming license with ND Gaming.

Responsible for helping build meeting agendas, recording meeting minutes, and distributing these to the membership via email as well as coordinating various chapter communications.

4.Vice President(currently held by Jim Martin)
Assists the president, and chapter as a whole, as needed and runs meetings in the absence of the president. Serves as an integral part to promote and encourage the positive direction of the chapter.

5.Banquet Co-Chairs (currently held by Warren Swenson and Shaun Henderson)
Coordination and leadership of a fundraising committee for the annual spring banquet. The banquet fundraising committee is responsible for all aspects of the spring banquet: merchandise procurement, raffle buildout, banquet agenda, etc.

6.Habitat Chair (currently held by Dave Nehring)
Maintains and delivers yearly habitat creation, landowner programs, habitat reports, landowner outreach and communication to improve habitat conservation efforts for pheasants and other wildlife in the local area. Responsible for overseeing the chapter’s habitat program, ordering, coordinating and distributing seed, and growing the chapter’s habitat impact.

7.Special Events Chair (currently held by Gordy Nord)
Coordinate and execute special events to bolster community engagement and volunteer recruitment and retention through events like Hands on Habitat workdays, pollinator projects, alternative fundraisers, etc.

Promotes the integration and engagement of youth into the chapter through events and targeted outreach such as the annual youth learn to hunt, presence at outdoor days, etc.
