The City of Granite Falls is in the process of considering renewal of the Cable Franchise Agreement with Mediacom. In order to determine the level of satisfaction with the services offered by Mediacom, subscribers are encourage to participate in an on-line cable survey that can be found on the City’s website: http://www.granitefalls.com/, or through paper surveys that can be found at the Granite Falls City Hall (641 Prentice Street), the Granite Falls Public Library (155 7th Ave) or the Kilowatt Community Center (600 Kilowatt Dr).
