Whew! We finally made it to go-live for OregonBuys Phase 1 (ORPIN Replacement). Typical of any project, we've had our ups and downs. Some things went well and some things didn't go as well as planned. However, we've learned a lot along the way. Let's capture all of that great learning so that we can benefit from it in Phase 2.
