Kansas Housing Needs Survey: Kansans with Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities

InterHab is working to better understand the current and future housing needs of Kansans with intellectual and developmental disabilities (IDD).

We want to hear from people with IDD, as well as parents, guardians and family members who support them. This survey asks about where you or the person you support lives now, where you or they would like to live in the future, and what may make it difficult to find or maintain the right housing.

People with IDD may complete this survey independently or with help from someone they trust. Parents, guardians and family members may also complete the survey based on the needs and preferences of the person they support.

Please complete one survey for each person with IDD.
