Anomaly Specialist Event Feedback - A Paradise All Your Own (9/25 - 9/29)

For the Specialist Event we made the following mechanic changes for increasing resource inputs for a higher value of VP progression and outputs.

Start Mission Costs increased by 3x
Skip Mission Costs increased by 2x
Crew Cooldown time reduced by half
Main Mission Progress Bonus doubled
Main Mission Progress Rewards
- Quantities increased across the previous distribution
- Improved odds for Crew Refresh Token (~1%)
- Added odds for 4-star citation (~0.4%)
- Added odds for 5-star citation (~0.2%)
VP Reward Base Progression increased 5x
VP Reward for Main Mission Progress increased 2x
