ABOUT THIS SURVEY

This survey is intended to update information that was originally gathered earlier this year during a more extensive survey regarding the proposed increases in minimum wage.  This year the Provider Associations, once again working together, wanted to specifically gather updated information regarding the extent of staff vacancies and overtime hours.  

The Arc of New York,The New York Alliance, DDAWNY, NYAEMP, IAC, Alliance of Long Island Agencies  and CP Associations of NYS are working together to bring this survey to our members. We are all distributing the same online survey link. This survey data will be compiled and your agency name will not be included in the resulting data that will be used for advocacy. PLEASE ONLY RESPOND TO THE SURVEY ONCE.
