ACE session proposals should be structured for a 45-minute session with no more than three speakers. Each session should have a 30-35 minute presentation component and conclude with a 10-15 minute Q&A period.

ACE Session Agreement
I understand that ACE reserves the right to cancel sessions at any point for any reason and that if my session is accepted, I am making a commitment to my peers and to ACE.

If my proposed session is accepted, I will:

confirm my participation and that of my speakers for an in-person presentation in a timely fashion and communicate all logistical and other information to session presenters.
work with the planning committee to find replacement speakers if any of my initial collaborators need to withdraw.
update my session description and any presentation special requests (room format, AV support, etc.) by the deadline given.
present the session at conference on the date and time assigned, unless prevented by extraordinary circumstance.
notify the IOLC staff of any changes in my ability to present the session as accepted.
