RULES TO ENTER:

1. Must be a medical professional in Navigation or High-Risk.

2. Must register to attend the Navigation or High-Risk Masterclass if chosen. (Or be registered already.)

3. If the masterclass is not attended, the 3-night hotel stay is forfeited. There is no cash prize equivalent.

4. One entry per person.

5. Earn an extra entry with a referral. (To refer a colleague, they need to list you as the person who referred them on their entry. No limit on referrals.)

6. Entry must be received by September 23, 2024.

7. Winners will be announced and notified by September 27, 2024.

8. People who have already booked their rooms may still enter and if chosen, NCBC will cover the cost of their 3 night stay.

And an invitation to attend the NCoBC Annual Interdisciplinary Breast Center Conference in Las Vegas
