CANCELLATION POLICY

You MUST notify the conference secretariat of all cancellations. All requests for cancellation MUST be in writing and postmarked, and the policy for refunds are as follows:

By no later than 1 month (30 days) before the event to receive a 50% reimbursement of the registration fee.
