1. Electronic Fund Transfer (EFT) (CIMB Clicks, Maybank2u, etc)
For EFT, payment will be made to the following account. You will receive an electronic transfer/payment slip. A copy of the slip must be emailed to ipptn@usm.my as proof of payment.

2. Online payment using credit card
For credit card, we accept MasterCard and VISA ONLY. The transaction will be done online and you will receive an electronic confirmation and electronic receipt. A copy of the receipt must be emailed to ipptn@usm.my as proof of payment.
3. Local Order (L.O.) / Purchase Order (P.O.) / Cheque / Bank Draft / Postal Order
Made payable to "USAINS Holding Sdn. Bhd.". A copy of the receipt must be emailed to ipptn@usm.my as proof of payment.
4. Q form (USM Participants Only)
Participants from Universiti Sains Malaysia may use the Q-form for payment purposes. A copy of the receipt must be emailed to ipptn@usm.my as proof of payment.
CANCELLATION POLICY
You MUST notify the conference secretariat of all cancellations. All requests for cancellation MUST be in writing and postmarked, and the policy for refunds are as follows:
By no later than 1 month (30 days) before the event to receive a 50% reimbursement of the registration fee.
We will process the refund after the event
