Welcome to the third annual Mega Menopause Survey.
This survey tracks the state of menopause awareness, education, healthcare and workplace support across the United States. At a time when investment in women’s health and workplace inclusion is facing increased uncertainty, reliable data is more important than ever. Your responses will help us measure progress, identify persistent gaps and build a stronger case for the support women need.
The survey takes less than 10 minutes to complete. Along the way, it may help you consider how well your workplace supports employees experiencing menopause, identify questions to discuss with your healthcare provider or simply see your own experiences in a new light.
