For the past 17 years, Community Living Victoria (CLV) has surveyed families regarding their satisfaction with the support our agency has provided to families (through support from Lara Foster, Justine Dooley, and Haley McNellis, our Enews, the Parent Support Group, our workshops, etc). We have received important feedback from you that guides our work.  It also assists us in obtaining grants which enable us to continue our work.  Family Support does not receive government funding. We thank you for your participation!

Please take a few moments to tell us what is working well, what might need attention and any ideas you have for our future!
