* 1. Due to recent NJ State HOA legislation, the Hunters Brook Board of Directors seeks authorization from the membership to modify our association Bylaws to additionally allow electronic voting.

One or more bylaw clauses may need to be changed to permit this provision. Electronic voting can include many types of computerized voting. Typically, we would conduct electronic voting via, email or website survey forms. This authorization is in addition to other voting means already described in the bylaws, such as mail-in proxy, and in-person voting.
