We are pleased to send you the Newcastle CVS annual survey to help us to improve the work we do with voluntary and community groups in Newcastle.
We are asking all our members to fill in this short questionnaire to help us to find out:
• What we are doing well and what we can improve
• Areas where you might need support in the future
We would like one survey completed by each organisation, so you might need to work with colleagues to complete it.
The survey should take about 10 minutes to complete. Most of the questions are multiple choice, with the opportunity to add comments if you wish.
You can complete as much or as little as you like, but if you think that any questions do not apply to your or your organisation then there is the opportunity to tick not applicable.
