1. Eligibility:
The Wag and Wave Paw-ty is open to all dog owners and their pets. Each dog must be accompanied by an adult (18 years or older).


2. Registration and Entry Fee:
The entry fee is 75 AED per dog. Payment must be made upon arrival at the event.
Pre-registration is encouraged to secure your spot.


3. Health and Safety:
All dogs must be up-to-date on vaccinations and free from contagious diseases. Owners must provide proof of vaccination if requested.
Dogs should be on a leash when not participating in water activities.


4. Supervision:
Owners are responsible for supervising their dogs at all times. Sky Veterinary Clinic staff will be present, but it is the owner’s responsibility to ensure the safety of their pet.


5. Liability Waiver:
By attending the event, you agree to release and hold harmless Sky Veterinary Clinic, its staff, and volunteers from any liability for injuries or damages incurred during the event.


6. Behavior:
Aggressive dogs or those displaying disruptive behavior will be asked to leave the event. Owners are responsible for their dog’s behavior.


7. Weather Policy:
The event will proceed rain or shine. In the case of severe weather (e.g., sandstorms), the event may be postponed or canceled.


8. Photography:
By attending the event, you consent to photography and video recording. Images may be used for promotional purposes by Sky Veterinary Clinic.


9. Changes to Event:
Sky Veterinary Clinic reserves the right to modify the event schedule, activities, or terms and conditions as necessary.
