RSVP: End of Year Celebration

RSVP to R.O.C.K. Mat-Su's Year End Celebration

R.O.C.K. Mat-Su will be hosting an open house to celebrate 2021 and to celebrate our 5th anniversary! The event will be held on December 7th from 11:00-1:00 pm at the Mat-Su Health Foundation Conference Room. We'll have a festive take-away box lunch and treats for you, so we're requesting that individuals complete the form below to help estimate how much to prepare.

COVID PRECAUTIONS: We are eager to see one another again in person, but will be following COVID-19 safety precautions. Masking and social distancing will be required, and the conference room can accommodate 21 people at any one time. We encourage you to stagger your arrival times and plan to attend for only a portion of the two-hour time block. We'll also be sharing the slide show with the whole partnership, to accommodate those unable to attend.
