Rebate Program

Due to ever increasing costs associated with doing transit business, SWTA has created a way for you to earn a REBATE for simply learning about products and services while attending the 2018 Annual Freedom Through Transit Conference.
Applications will be accepted through January 19, 2018. Those who qualify will be able to earn up to $300 in rebates for their agency.
HOW THE REBATE PROGRAM WORKS:
1. Earn While You Learn REBATE program is open to all SWTA member transit agencies providing public transportation services.
2. One REBATE per agency.
3. Decision-maker and influencer level management will be considered.
4. Fill out the application and return to SWTA by 5:00 p.m., January 19, 2018. There are a limited number, so return early for consideration.
5. If accepted into the REBATE program, you will be required to register and attend the SWTA 2018 Annual Conference to be held in Denver, March 5-7, 2018.
6. During your time in Denver, you will attend six, 10-minute, in person sessions with vendors to explore and learn about their product/service. This is education and you will not be asked to purchase.
7. Upon completion of each session you will be asked to provide proof of attendance (details to follow).
8. Each completed 10-minute session gains a REBATE of $50, up to 6 sessions equals $300.
9. Once SWTA has verified completion of the task, your agency will receive a REBATE check equal to the number of completed sessions up to six.
Applicants will be notified of approval by January 30th.
