2026 Important Information

21st Annual Bazaar Dates: Saturday, December 5th & Sunday, December 6th from 9:00am-3:00pm

Please read the following questions and information carefully.

*****Please note! Make time to fill out the application with your credit card information and pictures ready to upload. You have to complete the survey once you begin. There's no way to go back to it once you've exited. If you have any issues with this, please contact the Christmas Bazaar Chair, bazaar@stlawrencefairhope.com

1. Any application filled out after 9/25/2026 at 5pm will be automatically be put on the wait list

2. Submission of application does NOT guarantee acceptance as a vendor into the Christmas Bazaar. (Required.)

3. The event coordinator reserves the right to choose vendors based on photo and description of their items to ensure a variety within the show. EVEN if they have been a vendor in previous shows. (Required.)

Applicants may not be informed about acceptance until the deadline, October 16, 2026. Those who have not been accepted will have their payment reimbursed at that time. (Required.)
