Thank you for your interest in exhibiting at the 2024 COSA Seaside Conference. Please fill out this application in its entirety. Completing this application will give you preference over locations. Once you submit the application, someone will be in touch to confirm your registration as an exhibitor if space is available.

The exhibit area will be open on Friday and Saturday, June 21-22, 2024. Setup time for most booths will be Thursday afternoon and tear down will take place Saturday afternoon. Exact setup and tear down times will be sent in a confirmation email after the Early Registration deadline.

Your invoice will be sent to the mailing address provided on this application form. Payment will be due by May 31st and cancellation after that deadline will result in forfeiture of the entire exhibit fee.

COSA is not liable for the safety of the property of exhibitors from theft, damage by fire, water, storm, vandalism, or other causes, but will take reasonable precautions to protect the exhibitor from such loss.

Once you submit this form, your application will be reviewed. Exhibitors who attended the previous year will be assigned a booth first, and then new exhibitors will be approved based on availability.
