Saskatoon Youth Soccer Inc. (SYSI) is pleased to invite applications from qualified coaches to join the Saskatoon Alliance male and female programs for ages U11 to Adult. These roles offer the opportunity to work within a unified, high-quality development environment led by the SYSI Technical Lead, featuring access to top-tier facilities and ongoing professional development. Coaches will be integrated into a collaborative coaching team with mentorship provided.

NCCP Make Ethical Decisions and/or MED Online Evaluation |
NCCP Make Headway in Sport Coaches who completed the former Making Head Way in Soccer module prior to March 7 will have this training recognized |

Coach Role & Responsibilities:
The coach-athlete relationship is a privileged one and plays a critical role in the personal, sport, and athletic development of the athlete. Coaches must understand and respect the inherent power imbalance that exists in this relationship and must be careful not to abuse it, consciously or unconsciously.
Coach Expectations:
Coaches are expected to lead in the development of an excellent learning environment, and to be familiar with and practice Transformational Coaching principle.
