GAS aims to be THE representative body with a mandate to help deliver tangible positive change in Chester City.
We envisage that the GAS movement will have three distinct phases:
Phase one: Share (inform/earn trust)
Phase two: Engage (connecting)
Phase three: Support delivery (help make stuff happen).
Our launch event was very much part of phase one - to tell Chester who we are, why we are doing it, what we are trying to achieve, and to elicit help to do it.
That process starts with disseminating existing published information, reports, ideas and contacts, and promoting current initiatives through our social media channels and connections.
To move through the next two phases, we will need a plan, we will need lots of support, and we will need to work out how to finance this project. But, before that, these are our proposals for the remaining actions in phase one, which will hopefully pave the way for moving into phases two and three.
