Water Release Therapy is one of the growing number of aquatic bodyworks/ hydrotherapies around the world. It is best described as "assisted yoga-massage and dance in warm water". A Receiver is floated, moved, and at times submerged in warm 34-36C waters in a series of flowing, meditative, and relaxing postures by a Certified Provider.
