2026 Juneau Transportation Needs Survey

The City and Borough of Juneau, Capital Transit, and the Juneau Coordinated Transportation Coalition are updating the Juneau Coordinated Human Services Transportation Plan. The plan identifies transportation needs and service gaps and establishes priorities for coordinated transportation projects serving older adults, people with disabilities, and lower-income households.

Your responses will help identify where transportation is unavailable, does not adequately meet community needs, or is difficult to use. The results will inform future service and funding priorities.

The survey takes about five minutes to complete and closes July 27, 2026. Thank you for participating.
