Early Childhood Care and Education Apprenticeship Survey

October 2026

Please help us assess the need for a new apprenticeship and whether settings could support it. Tick the answers that apply and add short comments where requested. Estimates are welcome.
An apprenticeship combines paid employment with study. At least half of the learning takes place at work. Employers pay apprentices throughout the programme, including time spent in off-the-job learning. The programme details are still to be agreed.
Please return the survey by Monday 9th November 2026 at 5pm.
