NCCC System Group or Association Meeting Space Request

Please complete this form if your North Carolina Community College association or special interest group will be holding one or more meetings at the 2020 North Carolina Community College System Conference. This form is to be used for association and/or special interest group meetings only.

Please note:
(1) If you wish to serve food at your association meeting, you must order it from the hotel or convention center.  Food cannot be brought in by anyone for any reason.
(1) Direct billing must be established between your association and the hotel or convention center to pay for any food that you order. Groups and associations are responsible for all other expenses incurred with meetings, including refreshments and/or meals. Direct billing to pay for any food that you order will be set-up for your association with the convention center or the assigned hotel.
(2) All attendees of your association meeting must be registered to attend the NC Community College System Conference.  It is the association's responsibility to communicate this to all members of the association who will be attending the meeting.
(3) Unless you indicate in the survey, this association meeting will not be open for anyone outside of your membership to attend.
(4) All association meetings will be accommodated on a space availability basis, but there is NO CHARGE for the meeting space.
(5) All associations who are granted free meeting space must be affiliated with the NC Community Colleges.
