Assessment of Thrombolytic Usage in Transferred STEMI Patients

Welcome to our survey designed to gather insights into the current practices for managing transferred STEMI (ST-Elevation Myocardial Infarction) patients across various healthcare facilities. Developed by the VHAC Thrombolytics Workgroup, this survey aims to understand how thrombolytics are utilized specifically in the context of transferred patients, allowing us to identify common practices, variations, and potential areas for improvement in treatment protocols.
Objective:
The primary objective of this survey is to collect data on the frequency and circumstances under which thrombolytics are administered to transferred STEMI patients. The findings will contribute to a broader understanding of regional and institutional approaches to STEMI management, particularly in settings where direct access to percutaneous coronary intervention (PCI) facilities is not immediately available.
