CAAR Foundation December 2 Lunch & Learn with Piedmont Community Land Trust

Please join the CAAR Foundation for our final Lunch & Learn of 2026, featuring Luis Oyola of the Piedmont Community Land Trust (PCLT).

Luis will be speaking about the PCLT and their innovative plan to incorporate homeownership into the Kindlewood low-income housing community in downtown Charlottesville. Lunch will be provided. There is no fee to attend, but you must pre-register. Open to CAAR members, CAAR affiliates, and the general public.

This event will take place on Tuesday, December 2, 2026, from 11:45am-1:00pm in the Classroom at the Hillsdale Conference Center (550 Hillsdale Dr., Charlottesville, VA 22901).
