38th Production of The Nutcracker presented by Westport’s Academy of Dance

Hi All,

Please fill out the following forms to register your daughter for the 2019 Nutcracker Production

Just a few important reminders:

All fields marked with an Asterisk (*) are required to be completed for the form to be submitted.
Show Dates are Saturday Dec 7th 3pm & 7pm and Dec 8th 2pm.
Dress Rehearsal is Friday Dec 6th
Tech Rehearsal is Sunday Dec 1st
Payment must be submitted on audition day Saturday September 7. Your daughter will not receive a part unless your form and payment are received.
If your daughter is in 1st - 3rd grade OR this is your FIRST year in The Nutcracker, there is a mandatory parent meeting on Saturday, September 7
- 1st Grade Families @ 10am.
- 2nd & 3rd Grade Families @11:15am
- New Families with dancers in 4th Grade and above are welcome at either of the above time slots

ALL returning families, this survey should be completed prior to auditions, please have your dancer bring your payment on audition day, September 7th.
