Register: 'Reconciliation in the Classroom' Focus Group

Introduction

Thank you for registering for the 'Reconciliation in the Classroom' focus group zoom session on Tuesday, February 6 from 4:30pm to 6:00pm PT that will engage teachers on Vancouver Island in a conversation about:
  • Tools to ground their commitment to reconciliation in tangible ways in the classroom;
  • Ways to diversify their teaching toolkit to better acknowledge and introduce diverse ways of knowing and learning in a respectful way, and;
  • Designing educational activities for primary aged children that are founded in Indigenous pedagogies, values, and principles.
Your answers to this registration survey will be helpful as the IISAAK OLAM Foundation team prepares this interactive session. Some answers are optional––please share what you're comfortable sharing.
