Recently established the new Irvine Town Board are working to develop a Vision & Long-Term Plan including setting out objectives and a project-based investment plans for Irvine. The Town Board will be working with North Ayrshire Council as the accountable body for the investment plan. To comply with the Funding Award the Town Board Are required to:

Establish an Irvine Long Term Town Plan that needs to include a 10 Year Vision together with an initial 3 Year Investment Plan that outlines:

• The Challenges facing the Town
• Sets a Vision and Objectives for the plan
• Summarises the Engagement activity
• Identifies a range of priories, projects and programmes for future implementation

Please answer a series of questions below. These will help us to understand whether there is some consensus around the Actions, what alternative priorities might be considered and any specific issues or needs to address and opportunities to explore.
