Next Stage Network 2020 Survey

During this time of Covid-19 it is vitally important to learn about the issues that are important to you. This survey is designed for Westchester County residents age 60 and older as well as caregivers for older adults and those nearing retirement.

Your survey responses will help provide a better understanding of the needs of older adults. All responses are anonymous and confidential (unless you decide to provide your contact information if you would like us to reach you). These anonymous results will be shared with local and county governments to help inform policies and priorities to address the challenges and opportunities of older adults locally.
