Definitions:

Internship - An opportunity employers offer to students interested in gaining work experience in particular industries.  A way to assess potential talent and “fit” without the risks of hiring, and to build relationships with promising talent.

Job Shadowing
 – A short-term workplace educational opportunity for students or other job seekers to be introduced to a particular occupation or profession to see if it might be suitable for them.

Fellowship - Provides access into a group of knowledgeable, experienced people who work together in pursuing mutual knowledge or improving practice.
