Luzerne County CCAP:  Impacted Homeowners' Survey

The Concerned Citizens Against the Pipeline (CCAP) organization in Pennsylvania, Luzerne County and citizens' groups in neighboring communities are committed to opposing the PennEast Pipeline Project and future pipeline projects in our community and region.

In order to respond effectively to the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission (FERC), we need to understand the actual effects this project will have on specific properties, environmental and historic features and the impact on farming or other economic operations on your land. We have general information, but ask for your input because you know your land best!

To assist our advocacy efforts, CCAP asks impacted homeowners to complete this survey.

We will keep this information confidential unless needed to develop our arguments against pipeline construction, in which case, we will contact you for permission.
