Thanks to continued support from Music Australia through Creative Australia, applications are NOW OPEN for AIR Label and Distributor Members to apply to receive professional development and mentoring sessions. Labels can apply for themselves as business owners or for any of their staff to enable career and leadership progression pathways, including digital marketing, strategic decision making, financial literacy, HR and effective communication strategies.

You will be asked to complete a self-assessment and nominate up to three areas of professional development training they wish to participate in and outline how upskilling will assist them to overcome current business challenges, help them grow and achieve business outcomes or enable career progression.

Successful applicants will then be grouped by areas of interest and undertake professional development and mentoring in those areas. This will include workshops with industry professionals and leaders and mentoring.

This opportunity is only offered to all AIR Associate, Full and Distributor members. Applicants must be Australian based.

Successful applicants will be notified by 1st December 2026 and professional development and mentoring will take place between February and June 2027.
