Vote for your favorite VDOT Painted Plow
Participate in the People's Choice voting for your favorite of the four local Isle of Wight County Schools painted VDOT plows. This "Paint the Plow" initiative is intended to promote safe driving in Winter. The plows will be in the Downtown Smithfield Christmas Parade on December 9 at 10:30 a.m.
