This survey is designed to query A&E, CM/GCs, and Owner's Representative firms for their perspective on YPs, their training and development to acquire more practical knowledge, and the value it contains in the industry for value add service and retention perspectives.

For the context of this survey, YPs are defined as professionals who are less than 7-years into their career.
