Modernising the Research and Development Corporation System

Discussions are currently being held around the Australian Research and Development Corporation (RDC) System. This system was put into place in 1989 and with significant global and national changes since then, a review of the RDCs is underway. Feedback on the current system and ways of improving the RDC system is important in ensuring levies paid are invested and used efficiently to produce outcomes for Australian agriculture.

The TFGA is currently seeking feedback from members on this system through a short survey to assist in providing feedback to the Department of Agriculture on the RDC system.

More information on the review can be found here: https://haveyoursay.agriculture.gov.au/modernising-rdc
