This anonymous survey aims to collect family and caregiver perspectives on school social behaviors and perceived substance use. The end goal is to help guide targeted community prevention efforts.

*Note: While the intent of the survey is to identify specific community needs around substance use, if anyone ever has a personal interest in individual or family support, please contact our Healing Springs Recovery Center at 518-306-3048.

Healing Springs offers many services including specialized, non-judgmental and non-clinical support from peers (individuals with lived experience), sober social and recreational activities, education and tools to navigate things like insurance and treatment services and even a youth recovery group. All of these services (and more) are free.
