Did you know:  Some communities work together to create neighborhood associations. These groups develop an important link between municipal governments and residents. An effective association helps community stakeholders  work in conjunction with the public sector to solve problems, communicate effectively and connect residents. In addition, a neighborhood association helps to create strong ties between members of a given area. When residents get to know each other, they tend to feel safer, more valued and better connected to their community. To meet these ends, and increase civic engagement, the Town of Irondequoit  is working to identify residents willing to help!
