Smarter Services™ Leadership Individual Engagement Assessment

Welcome to Service Council's survey on Employee Engagement. We appreciate you taking the time to complete this short survey. It consists of 33 questions and is intended to take no more than 10 minutes to complete. It is being sent to employees from all levels in the organization, from Individual Contributor to CEO.
 
The intent of this research survey is to:
  • Understand the degree of employee engagement in member companies
  • Uncover key drivers of employee engagement
  • Identify areas of strength in driving higher engagement, as well as areas for improvement
Instructions. The majority of the questions are actually statements that we ask you to read and then assess the degree to which you agree or disagree to each statement.  The range extends from "Strongly Disagree" on the left to "Strongly Agree" on the right. For open-ended questions, you may write as little or as much as you want in each. Please read the questions carefully and answer from your perspective or experience. There are no right or wrong answers! 

Results. By participating in the survey, your responses will be combined with all others to be shared as Benchmark Research data and help improve a company's ability to improve the work environment and culture. Keep in mind, ALL responses remain anonymous.
