The RRR program aims to provide general practices with the information, resources and training to improve the patient journey who present with domestic and family violence (DFV).

In order for us to gain an understanding of what general practices require relating to domestic and family violence, we have developed a brief survey which we hope you can complete.

Please note, this survey can be completed by administrative staff, nurses and general practitioners and should take approximately 10 minutes to complete.
