Beaufort & Skipton Health Service Community Needs Survey

Listening to our community

Beaufort and Skipton Health Service (BSHS) provides programs and services across two campuses including Acute Health, Residential Aged Care (nursing home and hostel), Home Based Services (e.g. District Nursing and Transition Care Program), Community Programs (e.g. Health Promotion), Allied Health and Medical Practice services.

These needs are identified through Community Service planning processes, in consultation with our communities. This survey is seeking consumer perspectives on health and wellness services to assist BSHS plan future strategic directions and service delivery options.
