Thank you for your interest in the Impact Measurement & Management (IMM) for the Social Finance Fund Cohort Program, powered by Impact Frontiers.

This form helps Impact Frontiers collect contact and other important information about the organizations and individuals who will participate in the Spring 2026 Impact Measurement & Management for Social Finance Intermediaries in Canada's Social Finance Fund cohort program. All information will stay private, shared only between the Social Finance Fund wholesalers and Impact Frontiers teams for the purposes of facilitating the program.
