Meadowlark Place is a 104-unit affordable housing community located in downtown Beaverton, devoted to serving seniors (55 years or older). The ground floor will include a Head Start to serve young children and families. The building will support 9 studios and 95 one-bedroom apartments.
Development Timeline
Meadowlark Place is currently under construction and is on track to be completed by early 2028. Lease-up will begin in late 2027.
