Introduction
We want to ensure that the assessor pool is being consistent with their interpretation of ‘Managing Others’ and ‘Project Complexity’ in the portfolio assessment stage of RPP. We therefore want to survey the assessor pool and ascertain their current practice in marking these two areas.
* Note that this survey is the only pre-work required for the conference.
Task
Two surveys are presented below. The surveys consist of a series of statements and assessors are asked to indicate which statement most closely matches their current practice. Please be honest in answering the surveys and do not try to second guess what you believe is the right answer; we want to know your current practice. It is important we correctly identify if there are differences in perception. At the conference a feedback session will be run where the anonymous survey responses will be shown and we can collectively agree a common set of criteria for marking these two areas.
Please return your surveys by 8th October 2015 to Shohreh Golfard (Shohreh.golfard@apm.org.uk). Please note that this is a final deadline as the surveys will need to be collated by the Verifiers in time for the Assessor Conference on the 21st October.
We would like you to put your name on the survey. This will enable your responses to be fed back to your verifier so they can co-ordinate what changes are required to align their group with the agreed criteria for marking. At the conference only anonymised results from the survey will be shown.
